Personalised Coaching & Training Plans

Whether you're starting your running journey, looking to increase your distance, working toward a specific race or simply want ongoing support with your running, this package is designed to adapt to you. You'll receive a personalised training plan delivered every 4 weeks, tailored to your goals, your pace, your life—with flexibility to adjust. 


This package includes:


  • Customised 4-week training blocks
  • Access to our inclusive WhatsApp community
  • Direct messaging with your coach for personalised advice
  • Motivation, accountability, and support—goal or no goal


Perfect for runners starting out, chasing PBs, or staying consistent between races.

What to Expect

Within 24 hours of subscribing, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to a short form. This form helps us understand your running and exercise history, your training goals—whether that’s targeting a distance, chasing a time, or simply staying fit—and your lifestyle, so we can build a plan that works around your commitments.


Once submitted, our coaches will begin crafting your personalised training plan. These plans are built from the ground up to suit your pace, your goals, and your life, so please allow a few days for us to get it just right. We may contact you during this time to clarify details or discuss your goals further.


You’ll then receive access to your Training Hub, which includes:


  • Your first 4-week training plan
  • A training journal
  • A guide to key terminology
  • Tips for healthy, happy running


Coaching is a team effort—if your plan doesn’t feel quite right, let us know and we’ll adapt it to better suit your needs.


If you’ve opted in, you’ll also be added to the Green Peaks Coaching WhatsApp community. This is a welcoming, inclusive space for runners of all paces, backgrounds, and identities. It’s a place to share wins, challenges, routes, and organise group runs. For athletes training toward the same race or goal, we may create smaller chats to coordinate race-day logistics and support.


Your coach will be active in the group and available to answer questions about your plan or training in general. If you’d prefer to discuss something privately, you can contact your coach directly via WhatsApp or email. We aim to respond as quickly as possible—and always within 24 hours.
