A sit-down advice and guidance session to talk through anything you require in relation to running. Whether this is to discuss your goals, training methods, route suggestions, equipment and clothing, or anything else you can think of, we’re here to help.
Let’s grab a coffee and have a chat.
Sessions last up to 1 hour and the price covers up to 3 people so you're welcome to bring a couple of friends.

In person £40 (only available in and near to Sheffield)

A session tailored to your running goals, at a mutually convenient location. These sessions will focus on technique through warm up and drills, and will provide the coach an opportunity to watch your running style and provide any points of focus.
These sessions can be added on to one of your training plans, or as a stand alone session.
In Person £50
(only available in and near to Sheffield)

Does your company have a challenge to race a 10k? Or does your community group want to be more active? We’d be delighted to help with these, and any other groups goals you may have.
Booking a stand alone session to get you started, or ongoing weekly sessions are a great way of bonding over the shared benefits of running, and of pushing each other to new heights.
If your group commits to 2 or more sessions, you will also receive a group training plan to help you achieve your goals.
Discounts are also available for block bookings.

Groups of 2-5 runners - £60 per session
Groups of 6-12 runners - £100 per session
Groups from 13-24 runners - £180 per session
These are approximately £10 per person, depending on how many you have in your group.
The group sizes and prices reflect the recommended limits from England Athletics, with a second coach being required for groups larger than 12.

You’ll have access to our inclusive and supportive WhatsApp community, where you can ask questions, share updates, and stay motivated alongside other runners. It’s a great way to maintain accountability, stay inspired, and keep your running mindset active—without the pressure of a formal plan.
