Our standard plans are designed to give you enough time to train effectively. Our recommended durations are:

  • 5km – 8 weeks
  • 10km – 12 weeks
  • Half Marathon – 16 weeks
  • Marathon – 20 weeks

We can adjust these based on your timeline and experience level.


We offer fully personalised training plans, in person coaching, advice and guidance, and a fully supportive community. Whether you're just starting out or training for a marathon, we’ll help you find the right plan for your goals, your pace, your life.


We specialise in coaching for distances from 5km to marathon, but we also have experience with shorter races and ultra marathons. If you have a different goal in mind, we’d love to hear about it!


Ongoing coaching includes:

  • Personalised training plans delivered every 4 weeks
  • Access to our inclusive WhatsApp community
  • Direct messaging with your coach for personalised advice
  • Motivation, accountability, and support—whether you’re training for a race or just want to keep running consistently


Absolutely. We offer 1-to-1 Advice and Guidance sessions (online or in person) where you can discuss your goals, training methods, routes, gear, and more. If you decide to go ahead with a training plan, you will receive your first month half price.


These sessions are tailored to your goals and typically include:

  • Warm-up and technique drills
  • Observation and feedback on your running form
  • Structured training or motivational support


Sessions can be added to your training plan or booked individually. 


In-person sessions are currently available in and around Sheffield. Online sessions are available nationwide. Email us to discuss availability and to agree a suitable location to suit your needs. 


Yes! We work with companies, community groups, and teams to deliver group coaching sessions. These can be one-off or ongoing, and are a great way to build fitness and camaraderie. Visit our Coaching & Community Page for information


Yes! All coached athletes get access to our WhatsApp community, a supportive and inclusive space to ask questions, share progress, and stay motivated. You’ll also be able to message your coach directly for personalised advice. We have stand alone packages to join the community, so if you already have your own training plan, or want to stay connected while you take some time off running, check out the available options on our Coaching & Community Page. 


All our packages are paid through PayPal. Training plans and our WhatsApp community memberships are on a subscription basis, with one-off payments for coaching sessions, advice and guidance, and group coaching. Dates and times for sessions should be agreed before you make payment. When you're ready to checkout, visit our Online Store to set up your payment. 


Training Plans

You can cancel for a full refund any time before receiving your first 4-week training plan and access to your Training Hub.


Once your plan has been delivered, you may cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll continue to receive access and support until your next monthly renewal date.


Sessions (Coaching, Advice & Guidance)

  • More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours’ notice: Refund minus a 25% administration fee
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund


These policies reflect the time and preparation involved in planning your session, as well as the time reserved that could have been offered to other clients.


We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, please get in touch—we may be able to rearrange your session. A £5 administration fee may apply.
